	Entspricht 1:1 dem zsh-Alias 'nvim-update' (zsh/zshrc:79): nvim --headless "+Lazy! sync" "+qa". Liegt in windows/bin, das install-win.ps1 bereits automatisch zum User-PATH hinzufuegt - kein weiterer Schritt noetig. CRLF-Zeilenenden zur Konsistenz mit gmake.cmd angeglichen.
