zshrc: Alias für nvim-update aktualisiert
Das Problem war, dass bei einem Treesitter Update die Parser nicht
compiliert wurden. Die neue Befehlszeile sorgt dafür, dass asynchron
ausgeführte Aufgaben wie das Compilieren im Hintergrund vollständig
durchgeführt werden.
